Website and service agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms cover this website and the rodent control work performed by Rodent Control Long Beach, doing business as Rodent Control Long Beach. Your signed quote or work authorization can add terms for your property. When the two disagree, the signed document wins for that job.

1. What the website content is

Guides, FAQs, price ranges, and prevention tips on this site are general information. None of it is a diagnosis or a promise of results. Rodent conditions change with the species, the building, the access, the pressure from neighboring lots, and the level of contamination. Only a field inspection and an approved written scope set the actual work.

2. Inspections and quotes

An inspection covers the areas we can safely reach on the day of the visit. Closed wall cavities, unsafe roofs, blocked crawlspaces, neighboring units, and locked utility spaces limit what we can find. Every quote carries its own expiration date, assumptions, exclusions, and change order process.

3. What we need from you

  • Give us accurate contact and property details.
  • Arrange legal access plus any owner, tenant, HOA, or manager approval.
  • Tell us about pets, children, sensitive occupants, hazards, past pesticide use, and known damage.
  • Keep people and animals away from our equipment and follow the prep instructions.
  • Finish the agreed cleanup, storage, trimming, repair, or access tasks that affect the outcome.

4. Scheduling and changes

Arrival windows shift with traffic, weather, emergency calls, roof safety, and the job before yours. Give us reasonable notice to reschedule. Charges for late cancellation, missed access, specialty equipment, or a return trip apply only when the quote or service agreement listed them first.

5. Order of the work

Final sealing waits until the active rodents are gone. We stop work when the access turns unsafe, protected wildlife may be present, structural or utility damage needs another licensed trade, or site conditions make responsible treatment impossible.

6. Payment

Prices, deposits, milestones, payment methods, and due dates appear in the approved service document. Undisputed balances are due as written there. Work outside the agreed scope needs your approval before we bill it.

7. Warranties and limits

A warranty exists only when it is in writing. It applies to the listed work, the stated period, the named property, and the conditions written into the agreement. It can exclude new damage, building movement, changes made by you or a third party, recommendations you did not complete, pressure from neighboring properties, areas we could not reach, and any opening outside the approved scope.

No honest rodent control company can promise that wild rats and mice will stop existing around your block. What we owe you is the work and the remedies written into your agreement, subject to state law.

8. Property damage and other trades

Existing wear, hidden defects, contaminated material, chewed wiring, plumbing damage, roof defects, and structural repairs can call for an electrician, plumber, roofer, general contractor, arborist, or another licensed pro. We are not responsible for conditions outside the approved rodent control scope.

9. Website ownership and outside links

The original text, photos, layout, and brand materials on this site belong to or are licensed by Rodent Control Long Beach. Read them for your own use. Do not republish them as another company content. Links to outside sites are references only, and each one runs under its own terms.

10. Liability and disputes

To the extent state law allows, the liability tied to any service is limited by your signed agreement and by applicable law. Before you file a formal claim, contact us with the property address, the service date, the problem, and the fix you want. That gives us a fair chance to inspect and respond.

11. Governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of this page cannot be enforced, that part gets narrowed as far as needed and the rest stays in force.

12. Contact

Send questions to info@rodentcontrollongbeach.online or call (562) 586-9532. Mail can go to Rodent Control Long Beach, Long Beach service area, Long Beach, CA 90802.
